Theatre Performance – Kaleidoscope

Annie’s Centre is pleased to share information about an autism-friendly performance, “Kaleidoscope”, that is showing at Sydney Festival in January.
The performance is inspired by the experiences of Ethan, a boy who was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome. On stage, Ethan is joined by five circus performers and together they explore the beauty of his world through acrobatics, slapstick, music, movement and vibrant video projections.
This theatre experience is designed to create a safe and welcoming environment for children on the autism spectrum that have sensory sensitivities, along with their friends and families. The performance is provided in a supportive environment with slight modifications to sound and lighting, an open door policy and a quiet area available.
Location and Dates:
Lennox Theatre, Parramatta Riverside Theatres
